做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
