做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
