做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
