做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
