做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
