做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
