做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
