做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
