做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
