做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
