做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
