做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
