做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
