做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
