做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
