做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
