做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
