做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
