做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
