做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
