做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
