做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
