做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
