做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
