做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
