做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
