做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
