做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
