做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
