做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
