做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
