做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
