做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
