做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
