做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
