做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
