做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
