做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
