做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
