做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
