做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
