做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
