做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
