做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
