做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
