做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
