做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
