做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
