做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
