做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
